Refunds for Therapy Sessions
- Cancellation Notice: If you cancel a session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, no refund will be issued, as the time was reserved for you.
- Rescheduled Appointments: If you reschedule an appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, no additional charge will be incurred. If you reschedule within 24 hours, this may be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or technical issues with online sessions, we may offer a refund or reschedule your appointment at our discretion.
